Our Outreach Service is available to every individual who completes our 90-day treatment program, providing personalized, ongoing support tailored to meet their unique needs and goals.

Recovery does not end at the completion of treatment — it evolves. The days, months, and years following residential care are vital in reinforcing the skills, resilience, and sense of purpose that clients develop during their time with us. Our outreach services are designed to bridge this transition, offering consistent guidance and encouragement during the early stages of reintegration.

Each client is given the opportunity to collaborate with an Outreach Peer Support Worker, creating an individualized plan that reflects their specific recovery journey. This connection helps individuals navigate the complexities of returning to daily life while fostering personal accountability and community involvement.

Our outreach team works closely with Addiction Counsellors before the conclusion of treatment to ensure a smooth and informed handoff. This collaboration allows us to align on the client’s strengths, challenges, and goals, ensuring that the transition is seamless and that each person feels fully supported as they move forward.
